About the event
Come and join us for some pre-season training, drills and fitness work. Depending on numbers, you will train within your age group and be led by one of our current club coaches or senior players. If you are not a current club member and would like to come along then you are more than welcome to join us as a guest. We just need to register you for our insurance cover. Training is free, bring along suitable training gear, a water bottle and sunscreen.
